ThinkApps is bringing the power of its community of designers at the service of all Hackathon teams at TechCrunch Disrupt 2013 in San Francisco on Sep 7-8, 2013.
Forming the right team of developers and designers for a hackathon is tough. Hackers often feel constrained to pursue their ideas in the short duration without designers in the team. We’ll not let that hold you back at TC Disrupt Hackathon. ThinkApps will be there to support all the participants in making their ideas beautiful!
ThinkApps is a curated community of top designers and developers around the world. Here is how ThinkApps is supporting HackDisrupt:
Top designers available to help you at ThinkApps Hackathon booth:
We are bringing along super designers Ted Boda and Shaun Modi who have generously agreed to offer their expertise to hackers at the event.
Ted has been the lead UI designer for Keynote at Apple, also worked one-on-one with Al Gore, to create the compelling and impactful slides that were the basis for the Academy Award winning film, An Inconvenient Truth, and was the lead designer for mobile at Netflix.
Shaun has led the design of Google+ Circles, contributed to the look and feel of Maps and Chrome, and led design of products at Airbnb, NASA, Motorola, Nokia, and his own startup, DailyModi.
Panel of designers on standby remotely to support the teams
When you are tired and sleepy at 2 o’clock in the morning after a long day of hacking, come to us to prepare for the demo. While you steal a few precious hours of sleep, our designers on standby (in Europe) can help you with designing demo screenshots, icons and whatnot. See us at the ThinkApps booth at the Hackathon!
So worry no more, and bring all your creative hack ideas to TC Hackathon. You will have all the design help you need to turn it into an awesome demo by Sunday. Happy Hacking!
